Planning Approval

You will authorise us to proceed with your DA (Development Application) by entering into a PWC (Preliminary Works Contract). We then submit your plans to the council for approval. Whilst in council we will be finalising your design working drawings, addenda and other contract documents.


We prepare the contract documentation for your signed approval. We then submit all necessary documents to the council to obtain the building permit. At the same time you can finalize the specification and colours for your home, unit/s, townhouse/s or apartments.


Once the building permit is received and all conditions are met the project is scheduled and booked ready for a site start. We include a full project management service and will provide regular updates and status reports during construction.
